Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland cargo vessel that has been converted from an active cargo vessel into a comfortable Cruising Live Aboard Barge with a beautiful transferable berth in the center of NL-Rotterdam. The hold has been professionally converted in 2003 and the bathroom has been completely renovated recently. In the old hold, the floor has been raised, creating a light living area, partly due to the double-glazed windows placed in the sides. The forward part of the old hold is now in use as a storage area. This also applies to the fore cabin. In front of the wheelhouse there is a terrace created, which is easily accessible by a staircase. In our view, an excellent opportunity to buy a well-built houseboat that will give you a lot of living pleasure in Rotterdam, but also on other locations, and she is also able to cruise with.
