This special location has all necessary amenities such as shops, schools and public transport within walking distance. The houseboat (Hevelaakschip) is on the inside and outside well maintained and ready to step on board. The many double-glazed skylights and the portholes in the living area and also the double-glazed big windows in the aft cabin provide a wonderful amount of light inside. There is approx. 135 m2 of living space available. The mooring fee is approx. € 1,500 annually. It is a very energy efficient barge due to the solar panels and the solar water heater.
