Vision Doeve Brokers

Former fishing vessel that sailed with fishing number UK200, HD137 and WON55 on the IJsselmeer and Waddenzee. After she has been taken out of service, she has been professionally converted into a comfortable luxury motor sailing yacht which is very suitable as a sailing houseboat. The vessel is in a good state of maintenance and got 2 new masts in 2020. There are 2 cabins with a total of 5 berths and the table can also be lowered to realize 2 extra berths. The wheelhouse has an L-shaped sofa with table where can relax with a very spacious view all around and thanks to the double glazing it is also comfortable. In our view, an excellent opportunity to acquire a beautiful ship that, after approval of the port, can be inhabited in the centre of NL-Rotterdam and where one can register in the municipality, after permission of the port.
