Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland cargo ship, registered as sailing heritage, converted and redesigned into a comfortable sailing Live aboard with TRIWV certification. In 1923 the ship was extended by 5 meters, so that the loading capacity went from 100 tons to 136 tons. It is a ship with a rich history, of which much has been preserved. The layout from the front to the back is as follows: forepeak with anchor chain, workshop in the front, bathroom with bath, toilet, galley, salon, the original galley, rear cabin, aft cabin. The stove with 2 hot plates and 2 ovens is a jewel in the kitchen. Although daily cooking takes place on electric hot plates, the stove can also be heated with coal or diesel if desired. Take-over Residential mooring and terrace with shed are negotiable. The Residential mooring is a total of approximately 300 m2 and is located at the edge of the historical center of Middelburg.
