Vision Doeve Brokers
Former sailing inland cargo vessel that has been completely refurbished into a Cruising Live Aboard Dutch Barge / houseboat. The condition is very good and the interior is very neat and fresh. There are, among other things, a central heating, calorifier and inverter on board. There are a total of 2 cabins and the spacious salon with the open kitchen makes her a pleasant ship to stay on. It is possible to take over an A1 recreational berth of approx. 110 m2 (on an island) with a long jetty, on private land, in a nature reserve in NL-Warmond (near Leiden) at an additional price, including solar panels that provide the ship with electricity. The mast is not present, but for someone who wants a sailing barge this can be put on again.
