Former inland cargo vessel that was converted into a sailing live aboard / houseboat at the time. The ship has been inhabited for a long time and is now ready for a complete renovation. The underwater ship has been partly doubled and the current owner has replaced (inserted) parts of the hull where necessary and preserved the underwater hull on the outside. The Luxe Motor will be delivered technically ready to sail. In our opinion, the ship is a nice project for the do-it-yourselfer. Her dimensions make it an ideal ship to sail the European waterways of, for example, France, Belgium or Germany, and of course the Dutch, when she has been completely renovated again.
