Vision Doeve Brokers

Well-performing charter ship that in the summer months is deployed in the North Sea and Baltic Sea and rented out as a B&B in the winter months. Originally she was a sailing fishing vessel of the Lugger type that, after being decommissioned from commercial shipping, was taken into use as a sailing charter ship / training vessel with a maximum of 23 hotel guests or 36 day passengers. The ship meets all requirements and the seller is very consistent with preventive maintenance. The main engine was replaced in 2016 by a new one. In total there are 9 guest cabins, 5 are equipped with 4 beds and 4 with 2 beds. In our eyes a great opportunity to get a beautiful ship with many exploitation possibilities.
