Klipper Dutch Barge 25.58
Vision Doeve Brokers
This beautifully lined Dutch Barge with many authentic details has been in use as a liveaboard since 1968. A notable feature is the still-present side propeller, which is connected to a Lister diesel engine located in the front. For the propulsion a 2-cylinder Lister engine has been installed in the aft. The interior is dated but functional and still fully usable. The headroom in the living area is excellent. In the aft cabin (skipper’s quarters), the interior is largely original, though the headroom is limited. In the aft, there is the possibility to create a compact sleeping accommodation for 2 people. We consider this vessel to be a unique and characterful example, highly suitable for a berth in a museum harbor. The hull was surveyed in February 2025 for ES-TRIN recertification purposes. It is possible that the vessel will be delivered with a renewed certificate.
