Vision Doeve Brokers

A Hoogaars, yacht-built, modelled on the original fishing and cargo vessels that once operated in the shallow waters of the Zuiderzee and the Wadden Sea in the Netherlands. The renowned yacht designer J.K. Gipon transformed the original type into a classic sailing yacht. This is an authentic flat-bottomed vessel with a raked stem and a rounded transom. The current owners have been sailing with her since 1974, mainly on the Frisian Lakes, the IJsselmeer and the Markermeer, but they have also made a trip to the Baltic Sea. Now it is time to pass the helm to a new enthusiast. Below deck, the forepeak offers three berths, two of which are children’s bunks, with the toilet located amidships. The salon has two benches which can be used as single berths, and which can even be converted with an intermediate piece into a berth for 3 persons. The simple galley is located at the aft side. The spacious cockpit is a pleasant place to be. Under the cockpit floor lies the Volvo Penta diesel engine, new installed in 1996. A charming sailing yacht, waiting for a new owner who will cherish her as much as the present owner has.
