This Luxe Motor is a liveaboard vessel that retains its authentic exterior appearance while featuring a completely modernized interior. The aft cabin (aft deckhouse) still showcases much of its original character but has been tastefully updated. The wheelhouse is equipped with all modern conveniences and is collapsible, allowing an air draft of approximately 2,50 m. In the former cargo hold, a spacious and comfortable residential area has been created, featuring an open-plan galley, a generous saloon, a bathroom with both separate shower and bathtub, a toilet compartment, and a large owner’s cabin. In the forepeak, there is an exceptionally quiet whisper generator, and there is room to create an additional double berth. The onboard technical systems are of excellent quality and include various domotics (smart control) systems. Propulsion is fully electric, ensuring extremely quiet operation; for this purpose, two silent generators have been installed in the engine room. This liveaboard vessel combines modern comfort with the charm of a historic ship and has a residential mooring at its current berth. The buyer therefore has the opportunity to take over a unique mooring with residential status in one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands.
