Urker II 12.60 motorsailer Sold
Vision Doeve Brokers
Solid seagoing and sturdy Motorsailer that is also suitable for the European lakes and rivers. She has an attractive interior. The seller has already invested a lot to bring the ship in her current condition. In 2019 the underwater hull was made bare and preserved. There is still some work to be done but these are for the new owner. Most of this work can be done by the handy do-it-yourselfer. You have a good view over the water from the spacious wheelhouse. Below deck there are seven sleeping places, a sitting/dining area and the galley. There is a toilet at the front. The 2nd toilet in the aft cabin has been removed but the new toilet has already been purchased so that the new owner can install it. The new hydrophore is also ready to be installed by the new owner. In our opinion, the ship is an excellent ship for a long stay on board.
