Galjas Cutter Yacht 12.50
Vision Doeve Brokers
This traditional styled sailing yacht was designed and built as a Danish Galiot, based on the lines of the historic Danish Galiot cargo vessels. Originally, these were small coastal vessels mainly used for transporting cargo such as timber and grain, particularly on the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. These ships are known for their excellent sailing characteristics. This yacht is in good condition and well maintained. The current owner, a skilled carpenter, has made the vessel future-proof in many respects, including complete epoxy coating on the decks. It is a fast-sailing yacht that has won several races organized by the SKZ. This cutter yacht is equipped with two masts, an extensive sail plan and a retractable bowsprit. It is a joy to see her under sail and a pleasure to sail with. Thanks to its solid construction and equipment, she is very suitable for longer voyages to destinations such as France, Portugal, Great Britain, Ireland, Norway and, of course, the entire Baltic Sea region.
