The rear cabin is completely separate from the hold which makes it easy to rent it out or to use as crew quarters. The technic on board is professionally including a 360 degree rotating bow thruster, powerful generator set but also a remote controlled mast, car crane and a sporty dinghy. Permanent residence is authorized by the government at her berth in Rotterdam
