Cargo vessel

An inland cargo vessel / barge is a non-seaworthy vessel that can transport a wide variety of goods in the hold. Much bulk transport consists of ore, coal, agricultural products such as grain, fertilizers, etc. It is not always necessary to sail with hatches, because some products can get wet. Sailing without hatches saves time during loading and unloading. Sand and gravel ships are even sprayed full and have no hatches. Dry cargo, however, is a concept from the Proportional Cargo Distribution and formally has nothing to do with wet cargo.

At Doeve Brokers you will mainly find the somewhat "smaller" cargo vessel that can be used professionally, but are often also very suitable for conversion into a beautiful home on the water.

A selection of ships that qualify for this are:
Spits / Freycinet
Luxe Motor
Klipper
Tjalk
Kempenaar
Dortmunder
Sandbarge
