Motorvlet 10.25
Vision Doeve Brokers
Sturdy and robust motorvlet from 1951 with a rich maritime history. Built for the Dutch waterways authorities (Rijkswaterstaat) for the maintenance of measuring poles and originally stationed in NL-Scheveningen. This boat has more than proven herself during and after the flood disaster of 1953 for crucial dyke repair work in Zeeland near Ouwerkerk, the Netherlands. Since then this former workboat has been transformed into a recreational vessel while retaining her sturdy appearance. The layout is practical. You will find a sitting area in the front that can easily be converted into two single berths. Subsequently the galley and the steering position, compact but efficiently furnished. Midships is a seating area placed perpendicular to the direction of sailing so that passengers also have a full view while sailing. The engine is located midships with the toilet room next to it. The open cockpit is generously sized and invites you to relax stay on deck. In short: a motorboat with proven service, traditional craftsmanship and contemporary usage possibilities. If you are a lover of sturdy classic vessels with a story, then this motorvlet is definitely worth considering.
