Vision Doeve Brokers

Former fishing vessel that was active for many years on the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea under the fishing numbers UK 200, HD 137, and WON 55. After being decommissioned, the ship was thoroughly and professionally converted into a comfortable and luxurious motor sailing yacht that is very suitable as a live aboard vessel. The vessel is in good condition and was fitted with two new masts in 2020. On board there are two cabins with a total of five fixed berths. Additionally, the table in the salon can be lowered, which creates two extra sleeping places. The spacious wheelhouse is furnished with an L-shaped bench and a table, where you can sit comfortably with an excellent view all around. Thanks to the double glazing, it is also pleasantly warm in colder weather. An excellent opportunity to become the owner of a ship with character and history, which, after approval from the harbor in the centre of Rotterdam, may be used as a residence, after which you can also register in the municipal database.
